Role Description This is a full-time remote Telecalling role focused on supporting Xtreme Ads Media’s marketing and client acquisition efforts. The Telecaller will engage with prospective and existing clients via phone, explain services such as PPC, email marketing, social media strategy, and media buying, and schedule follow-up calls or online meetings for the sales or account management team.



Daily responsibilities include making outbound calls, responding to inbound inquiries, maintaining accurate call records in CRM or tracking tools, and providing clear information about campaign offerings and packages. The role also involves gathering customer feedback, identifying potential leads, and collaborating with internal teams to improve outreach scripts and communication strategies while consistently meeting call and conversion targets.
Qualifications
Strong communication skills, including clear spoken English, active listening, and the ability to explain digital marketing services in straightforward, engaging terms.
Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts (PPC, email marketing, social media marketing, media buying) or willingness to learn quickly.
Proficiency in using phone systems, CRM or lead management tools, and common office software for call tracking and reporting.
