Role Description The HR Officer will be responsible for managing day-to-day human resources activities to support employees and business operations of a manufacturing unit. This is a full-time, in office role based in Tirunelveli. Key responsibilities include implementing and maintaining HR policies, managing employee relations, supporting recruitment processes, and assisting with job description development and role alignment.



The HR Officer will handle routine HR administration, maintain employee records, coordinate onboarding and offboarding, and support performance management and training initiatives, and Payroll management. The role will collaborate with managers and leadership to ensure compliance with labor regulations and to promote a positive, inclusive workplace culture.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong skills in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management.
Candidates should possess skills in HR Policies and their implementation.
Candidates should possess skills in Employee Relations and conflict resolution.
Candidates should possess skills in Job Description Development and role design.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Prior experience in an HR generalist or HR officer role, preferably in a multi-business or manufacturing environment.
