We’re hiring a Technical Sales Specialist – Deep-Tech & Engineering Solutions for an emerging deep-tech engineering organization working across:

? What You’ll Do
• Drive B2B business development and revenue growth
• Identify and convert new industrial & enterprise opportunities
• Manage the complete sales lifecycle from lead generation to closure
• Conduct technical presentations, product demonstrations & solution discussions
• Engage with CXOs, engineering leaders, procurement teams & decision-makers




• Understand customer requirements and coordinate with R&D;/engineering teams
• Prepare technical & commercial proposals and quotations
• Lead negotiations and support deal closure
• Develop channel, technology and system-integrator partnerships
• Participate in exhibitions, conferences and industry events
• Maintain sales pipelines, forecasts and CRM data
✅ What We’re Looking For
• Engineering degree – Mandatory
• 5+ years of experience in B2B technical / engineering / industrial sales
• Experience with technically complex products or solutions
• Solid consultative selling and customer relationship skills
• Proven experience in lead generation, proposals, negotiation and deal closure
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• CRM and sales pipeline management experience
• Willingness to travel extensively
• Candidates based in Kerala or willing to relocate to Kochi preferred
