Role Description This is a full-time, in office Sales Executive role based in Gurugram. The Sales Executive will engage directly with customers in-store, present Moissani’s collections, and provide personalized product recommendations aligned with customer needs and preferences. Responsibilities include explaining the benefits of lab-grown diamonds, handling inquiries,



managing the sales process from initial contact to closing, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. The role involves maintaining product knowledge, supporting visual merchandising, tracking leads, and meeting or exceeding sales targets. The Sales Executive will collaborate with the team on promotions, customer feedback, and brand-building activities.
Qualifications

Solid customer service and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage, listen actively, and offer tailored solutions.
Sales and negotiation abilities, including lead follow-up, closing techniques, and comfort working with sales targets and KPIs.
Effective communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written, with a professional and confident demeanor.
Basic understanding of jewelry, diamonds, or luxury retail; willingness to learn about lab-grown diamonds and product features.
