Role Description The Growth & Partnership Executive (WFO) will drive strategic partnerships and revenue growth by identifying, evaluating, and onboarding relevant partners and collaborators. This full-time,



on-site role based in Bengaluru involves managing end-to-end partnership cycles, from outreach and pitching to negotiation, closure, and relationship management. The executive will analyze market trends and performance data to refine growth strategies, support sales initiatives, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of partnership-related campaigns and projects. Daily responsibilities include maintaining a strong partner pipeline, tracking key metrics, preparing reports and presentations, and representing BrightCHAMPS professionally in external meetings and events.
