The Role
We’re looking for a Performance Marketer who can own and scale our digital acquisition engine across Meta, Google and other performance channels.
This is a hands-on growth role where you’ll work closely with Brand, Creative and E-commerce teams to drive acquisition, conversions and profitable growth.

What You’ll Do
Plan, execute and optimise campaigns across Meta, Google and other digital channels.
Own customer acquisition and performance for D2C and e-commerce.
Manage media budgets and drive profitable growth and strong ROI.
Track and optimise conversion rates and attribution.
Run A/B tests across creatives,



audiences, landing pages and funnels.
Analyse campaign data and turn insights into actionable growth strategies.
Work closely with Brand, Creative and E-commerce teams.
Identify new channels, audiences and growth opportunities.

What We’re Looking For
3–5 years of experience in Performance Marketing, preferably D2C, FMCG or consumer brands.
Proven experience managing ₹50L+ monthly spends across Meta & Google Ads.
Strong understanding of CAC, ROAS, MER and attribution.
Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads and GA4.
Strong analytical and data-driven mindset.
Experience in scaling performance campaigns and owning growth numbers.

Someone who is hands-on, curious, experiment-driven and comfortable in a quick-moving startup.
