A CSR programme is judged on its report. Reporting to the Programme Manager — CSR, you will own measurement across our block programmes: the indicator framework, the data collection behind it, the analysis, and the funder report that has to be true in every line.
Key responsibilities
Define and maintain the indicator framework for block programmes.
Own data collection quality, from the field upward.
Analyse coverage, outcomes and gaps against what was funded.
Draft funder reports and the evidence pack behind them.
Support proposals with measurement design, before delivery begins.
Say plainly when the data does not support the claim.
What we’re looking for
3+ years in monitoring and evaluation, impact measurement or programme research.
Working comfort with survey design, sampling and basic statistics.
Writing that funders and district officials both find usable.
Willingness to be based in Kendujhar, close to the programme being measured.
