About The Role

Every screening result is a clinical claim. As Resident Clinical Expert you will be the clinical presence inside the company: running demonstrations and escalations, liaising with NIEPID, training clinical users on the platform — and holding the internal veto on what Daira is allowed to say about a child.

Key responsibilities

Run clinical demonstrations and handle clinical escalations.
Liaise with NIEPID on instruments, review and validation.
Train clinical users across centres, hospitals and special schools.
Review product language and outputs for clinical integrity and dignity.
Hold the internal veto on any claim the evidence does not support.
Feed practice reality back into what gets built next.

What we’re looking for

Clinical psychology, rehabilitation or developmental paediatrics background; RCI registration preferred.
Experience with neurodevelopmental assessment in Indian contexts.




Comfort being on site with institutional users, not behind a desk.
