Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Manager role based in Ghaziabad. The Sales Manager will oversee branch-level sales activities, including generating leads, meeting prospective clients, and promoting EFL’s range of loan products such as machinery loans, business loans,



and rooftop solar loans. Responsibilities include developing and executing sales plans, managing a sales team, tracking performance against targets, and ensuring high-quality customer service throughout the loan lifecycle. The role involves coordinating with credit and operations teams to facilitate smooth disbursements and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business. The Sales Manager will also monitor market trends, identify new business opportunities, and contribute to strategic initiatives that enhance portfolio quality and growth.
Qualifications
Strong abilities in sales planning, target achievement, and pipeline management for financial products.
Experience in client acquisition, relationship management, and customer retention within banking or NBFC environments.
Skills in negotiation, communication, and presentation when dealing with business owners and decision-maker
