Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Recruiter to join our HR team in Whitefield, Bangalore. The candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment, sourcing quality candidates,



coordinating interviews, and ensuring timely closures for various business requirements.Experience in real estate recruitment will be an added advantage.
Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, references, and other channels.
Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
Conduct initial HR screening and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Manage multiple open positions and ensure timely closures.
Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and daily/weekly hiring MIS.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future requirements.
Coordinate the offer and joining process and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
Support employer branding and other Talent Acquisition initiative
