Role Description This is a full-time, in office Customer Support Executive role based in Gurugram. The Customer Support Executive will handle customer inquiries across channels such as phone, email, chat, and social media, providing accurate information about products, orders, returns, and services. The role involves resolving issues promptly, tracking escalations,



and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction in line with Moissani’s luxury brand standards. Responsibilities include maintaining detailed records in support systems, coordinating with internal teams such as sales, logistics, and design, and sharing customer feedback to improve processes. The executive will also assist with order confirmations, after-sales support, and guidance on personalized and custom jewelry requests.
Qualifications

Strong Customer Support and Customer Service skills, with a focus on building trust and long-term customer relationships.
Experience in maintaining high Customer Satisfaction through empathetic communication and solution-oriented handling of queries.
Ability to manage Online Support channels (email, chat, social platforms) efficiently and professionally.
