Lead Calling & Conversion Manager

We’re looking for someone to own the complete incoming and outgoing calling process for Dr. Morepen Home.

This role is responsible for ensuring every lead is contacted quickly, followed up properly, converted where possible, and never lost due to poor calling discipline.

What You’ll Own

* All inbound and outbound calling workflows
* Lead assignment, response time, and follow-up
* Lead-to-booking conversion
* Call scripts and objection handling
* WhatsApp follow-ups and customer communication
* Calling team productivity and daily targets
* Call quality monitoring and coaching
* Missed lead and reactivation processes
* CRM hygiene and lead status tracking
* Reporting on calls, connects, conversions, and revenue
* Coordination with marketing and operations teams
* Building recent calling processes as lead volumes grow

Who We’re Looking For





* 3 to 7 years in inside sales, telesales, calling operations, customer conversion, or contact center management
* Experience managing a calling or lead conversion team
* Strong command over CRM and lead management
* Highly process-driven and numbers-oriented
* Strong communication and team coaching skills
* Comfortable owning daily conversion targets

Experience in healthcare, diagnostics, insurance, home services, consumer internet, education, or other high-volume lead businesses is preferred.
