Roles & Responsibilities of Sales Representative
Identify and connect with prospective customers through outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn, referrals,



and other lead generation activities to generate qualified business opportunities.
Develop strategic account plans and targeted customer engagement campaigns to increase product adoption, customer retention, and long-term business growth.
Manage and grow relationships with existing customers while identifying upselling, cross-selling, and account expansion opportunities to maximize revenue.
Understand customer business requirements and effectively present the company's SaaS and pharmaceutical technology solutions through consultative selling.
Schedule, coordinate, and deliver compelling product demonstrations, presentations, and solution proposals in collaboration with the sales and technical teams.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across customer organizations through regular communication, follow-ups, meetings, and onsite visits whenever required.
