Role Description The Human Resources Manager will oversee day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations for the Jaipur site.



This full-time, on-site role will manage HR policies and procedures, ensure compliance with labor laws and company standards, and support workforce planning in coordination with department leaders. The HR Manager will handle payroll inputs, attendance and leave management, and benefits administration, while promoting a positive, inclusive workplace culture. The role will also involve designing and implementing training and development programs, supporting succession planning, and maintaining accurate HR documentation and reporting. In addition, the HR Manager will act as a trusted partner to leadership, advising on organizational development, change management, and employee engagement initiatives.
Qualifications
