Role Overview
SkillDzire Technologies is looking for Freelance Institutional Partnership Partners to expand our academic network across engineering and degree colleges. In this independent, results-driven role, you will leverage your existing connections or conduct in-person visits to meet college Principals, Chairpersons, Directors, and Training & Placement Officers (TPOs) to onboard institutions for our skill-based internship programs, MOOCs, and industry-aligned certification courses.

Key Responsibilities
In-Person College Visits: Conduct physical visits to educational institutions within your assigned region to meet key academic decision-makers.
Pitch & Present: Present SkillDzire's student internship models, MOOCs, and skill training programs to institutional stakeholders.
Onboard Institutions: Facilitate discussions, negotiate partnership terms, and secure signed MoUs or institutional agreements.
Relationship Management: Maintain ongoing relationships with college management and T&P; cells to ensure student enrollment drives.

Performance-Based Compensation: Attractive high-payout commission per signed institutional partnership / student batch onboarded.
Zero Location / Travel Constraints: Total flexibility to work at your own pace and cover colleges in your local territory.
No Payroll Delays: Direct payout upon successful closure and signed agreement/onboarding.

Eligibility & Ideal Profile
Education: Any Graduate / Postgraduate.
Experience: Freelance education consultants, independent sales agents, or individuals with prior experience in B2B edtech sales, institutional partnerships, or campus outreach.
Network: Candidates with ready access or existing relationships with college authorities, Principals, and Placement Cells will be given preference.
Skills: Robust presentation, negotiation, and face-to-face relationship-building abilities.
