We are expanding developer supply across India and need a high-performance leader who can secure, activate and grow reliable developer partnerships at scale.

Role Objective

The Head of Developer Partnerships and Supply Growth will be directly responsible for building Nofeez’s developer network across India.

This is not a ceremonial partnership, networking or MoU collection role.

Success means:





* Signed developer agreements
* Verified projects onboarded
* Complete inventory uploaded
* Listings activated on Nofeez
* Developer teams trained
* Leads accepted and followed up
* Inventory and pricing kept updated
* Long-term commercial relationships created

The person must be capable of opening doors with promoters, directors, sales heads and marketing heads of real estate development companies.

Core Performance Mandate

The selected candidate will be expected to deliver:

* Minimum 25 fully activated developers within the first 90 days
* Minimum 12 to 15 newly activated developers every month after the initial ramp-up
* At least 50% of onboarding from credible Tier 1 and Tier 2 developers
* Minimum 10 active projects or 250 verified units per developer, wherever applicable
* At least 90% completion of mandatory project and inventory information
* Developer activation within seven working days of agree
