Experience: 2-6 years

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct skin & hair consultations and recommend suitable treatment plans.
Convert consultations into treatment packages through ethical counselling.
Follow up with patients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Maintain accurate patient records in CRM.
Coordinate with dermatologists and clinic staff for a seamless patient experience.
Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets.
Requirements:
Experience in counselling, sales, or the aesthetic/healthcare industry preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer-focused with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
