Role Description The Deputy Manager will oversee day-to-day operations related to wire and cable at the Panipat GT-Belt.

Responsibilities include coordinating with GT-Belt -functional teams and improve overall efficiency.

The Deputy Manager will also contribute to workforce management, including task allocation, performance tracking, and skill development within the team, while maintaining compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Panipat.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong operations and production management skills.
