Role Description This is a full-time, in office Logistics Executive role based in Rohini,Delhi . The Logistics Executive will coordinate the movement, storage, and delivery of new and used spare parts, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment. Responsibilities include managing inventory levels, tracking shipments, preparing documentation, and liaising with suppliers, transport providers, and customers to resolve logistical issues. The role also involves monitoring supply chain performance, optimizing routes and processes,



and supporting the sales team with delivery information and timelines. The Logistics Executive will maintain clear communication across internal teams and contribute to continuous improvement of logistics operations.
Qualifications
Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to manage client interactions and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
Proficiency in Logistics Management and Supply Chain Management to handle inventory, shipments, and vendor coordination effectively.
Basic understanding of Sales processes to support order processing and ensure seamless delivery and post-sales service.
Ability to use MS Office and basic ERP or inventory management software; strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Relevant experience in logistics, warehousing, or spare parts distribution preferred; diploma or degree in logistics, supply chain, or a related field is an advantage.
