About the role
Fernesta is hiring two Creative Associates to help build stories, content, and a distinct social media presence for multiple client brands.

We’re looking for creators who notice interesting details, ask thoughtful questions, and find fresh, fun ways to help brands get noticed. Storytelling is at the heart of everything we build, and your ability to turn an observation into a compelling story matters more than your work experience.

This chance is designed for fresh graduates and applicants with less than one year of full-time experience. Bring creativity, curiosity, and ownership, and we’ll help you develop through hands-on learning and real client work.

Responsibilities
Discover stories in our clients’ products, people, businesses, and everyday moments.
Develop content concepts, reels, and recurring social media series that build brand visibility and personality.
Translate ideas into mood boards, visual references, simple scripts, and shot plans.
Support photo and video shoots through preparation, styling suggestions, props, and creative inputs.




Help turn raw footage and photographs into engaging stories.
Contribute to each brand’s voice, visual style, and content direction.
Collaborate with the team and take ownership of assigned work, from concept through completion.

Qualifications
Strong storytelling instincts and an interest in creating content.
A good eye for visuals and the ability to think beyond obvious ideas.
Curiosity about brands, audiences, and how businesses work.
Initiative, attention to detail, and the willingness to follow through.
An interest in social media formats and how to adapt them meaningfully for different brands.

Graduates from fashion communication, design communication, design, marketing, and related disciplines are especially welcome. Your creative thinking matters more than your degree title.
