Role Description The Deputy Manager Quality will oversee and improve quality assurance processes for window and door manufacturing and installation at the Hyderabad site. This full-time, on-site role involves monitoring production quality, conducting inspections, analyzing defects, and ensuring adherence to company standards and relevant industry regulations.



The position includes developing and implementing quality control plans, coordinating with manufacturing, installation, and service teams, and driving corrective and preventive actions. The Deputy Manager Quality will prepare and maintain quality documentation, lead root cause analyses, support audits, and provide training and guidance to team members to strengthen overall quality performance. The role also requires regular reporting on quality metrics and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to enhance customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
Strong quality management and assurance skills, including experience with quality control methods, root cause analysis, and corrective and preventive action (CAPA).
Hands-on knowledge of manufacturing processes, preferably in building materials, windows, doors, or related construction and fabrication environments.
