Job Summary
BusinessOptions.in is looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Business Development Executive to handle prospects and leads, understand their business requirements, and convert them into paying clients.
The primary responsibility will be to sell website listings and visibility solutions to businesses. The candidate will communicate with prospects, explain the advantages of listing their business, prepare proposals, follow up with leads, and generate sales. The role will also involve identifying opportunities to sell additional products and services beyond basic listings.

Key Responsibilities
Connect with prospects and leads through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, LinkedIn, and other communication channels.
Understand the client's business, requirements, and objectives.
Explain website listing opportunities and how they can help increase business visibility and reach.
Identify suitable businesses and approach them for listing opportunities.
Generate new leads through outbound calling, online research, networking, referrals, and other channels.




Prepare and share proposals based on client requirements.
Conduct regular follow-ups with prospects and convert qualified leads into clients.
Manage the complete sales cycle — lead generation → communication → proposal → negotiation → closure → client coordination.
Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, proposals, and sales.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell other products, transactions, proposals, and business solutions offered by BusinessOptions.in.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and revenue targets.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of client listings and other services.
Track client responses and provide regular sales updates to management.

Requirements
Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PGDM in Sales or Marketing will be an advantage.
1–4 years of experience in sales, business dev
