Job Summary




The Web Development Manager will be responsible for managing the complete web development lifecycle from project planning and resource allocation to development, deployment, and post-launch support. This role requires a highly motivated leader who can mentor developers, oversee multiple client projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure exceptional technical quality while meeting business objectives.
Job Responsibilities:
Team Leadership & People Management
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of web developers to ensure high performance and continuous learning.
Allocate projects and monitor workload to maximize team productivity.
Conduct code reviews and maintain coding standards across projects.
Coach junior and mid-level developers through regular feedback and technical guidance.
Participate in hiring, onboarding, performance evaluations, and skill development initiatives.
Foster a collaborative and innovation-driven team culture.
