ABOUT THE PRODUCT YOU WILL TAKE TO MARKET

Clinizy Care (clinizy.in) is a clinic and hospital management platform used by doctors, nursing homes and small hospitals across India: OPD queues, patient records, e-prescriptions, pharmacy stock and GST-compliant billing in one system. It is built by Brynex Labs (brynex.in).

There are hundreds of thousands of clinics and nursing homes in India still running on paper registers and spreadsheets. The product is ready. The machine that finds those clinics, reaches them and books demos is not. You would be building it.

This is not a social media role. It is outbound, data and systems.

WHAT YOU WILL BUILD

Pipeline and data
- Target lists of clinics, nursing homes and polyclinics from public sources: Google Maps, Justdial, Practo, medical association and IMA directories
- Enrichment and scoring against our ICP: city tier, number of doctors, speciality, whether they already run software
- A CRM that stays clean and data you would be willing to defend

Outbound
- Email,



WhatsApp and LinkedIn sequences written to sound like a person who understands how a clinic runs
- Personalisation at scale using AI, with a human check before anything sends
- The demo booking flow end to end: first touch, follow-up, no-show recovery

Systems and automation
- Wiring tools together with n8n, Zapier or Make, and writing scripts where no-code runs out of road
- Landing pages, lead capture and conversion tracking
- Easy internal dashboards so we can see the funnel without asking anyone

Measurement
- Funnel metrics from list to reply to demo to trial to paid
- Weekly experiments, written up honestly, with the losers killed quickly

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Technical without being a full-time engineer. Basic Python, Apps Script or SQL, and you can read an API doc without panicking
- You have automated something before. A scraper, a bot, a workflow, a spreadsheet that does too much, anything
- You write outreach a busy doctor would actually reply
