About the Role
Prewal Studio Private Limited is looking for an experienced and hands-on EXIM Manager who will independently own and manage the company's complete export-import, international shipping, documentation and compliance function.
This is a key ownership role. The candidate will be the primary person responsible for ensuring that all export shipments, imports, customs documentation, DGFT-related processes, Advance Authorisation requirements and international logistics activities are handled accurately and on time.
The ideal candidate should have robust experience working with a garment export house, apparel manufacturer, textile exporter or similar export-oriented manufacturing company.
Key Responsibilities
Independently manage the complete Export-Import (EXIM) function of the company.
Handle end-to-end export shipment planning, documentation and execution.
Prepare, verify and maintain:
Commercial Invoices




Packing Lists
Shipping Bills
Bills of Lading
Airway Bills
Certificates of Origin
Buyer-specific shipping documents
Other export and customs-related documentation
Coordinate with CHA, customs authorities, freight forwarders, shipping lines, airlines and courier companies.
Manage air, sea and courier shipments to international customers.
Independently handle imports from China and other countries, including fabrics, trims, accessories, machinery or other materials required by the company.
Coordinate import documentation, Bills of Entry, customs clearance and delivery of imported materials.
Handle and monitor DGFT-related activities, including:
Advance Authorisation
Applications and amendments
Import utilisation
Export obligation tracking
Licence documentation
Closure / redemption of authorisations
Maintain proper mapping of materials imported under Advance Authorisation against corresponding export o
