You will build the marketplace on both sides: acquiring qualified buyers and onboarding manufacturers, exporters, traders and suppliers, while growing platform adoption, brand visibility and sustainable revenue. This is a build role rather than a supervisory one. You own the strategy and stay close to the execution. You will work with Sales, Product, Technology, Customer Success and Business Development to establish the platform as the preferred digital marketplace for the industry.
Marketing strategy and go-to-market
Develop annual and quarterly marketing plans aligned to business objectives.
Build brand positioning for the digital marketplace.
Develop go-to-market strategies for new products and platform features.
Monitor market trends, customer behaviour and competitor activity.
Buyer acquisition
Develop campaigns to acquire buyers and generate qualified leads across domestic and international markets.
Increase buyer registrations and active participation.
Improve customer acquisition cost and conversion rate.
Seller acquisition
Drive onboarding of manufacturers, exporters, traders and suppliers.
Increase active seller participation.
Coordinate onboarding campaigns with the business development team.
Improve seller engagement and retention.
Digital marketing
Manage SEO and SEM initiatives.
Execute Google Ads and LinkedIn campaigns.
Plan email marketing and marketing automation.
Manage social media marketing.
Improve website traffic and conversion, optimising landing pages and campaign performance.
Brand and content
Build brand awareness within the textile industry and maintain a consistent brand identity across all channels.
Develop marketing collateral and corporate presentations.
Plan PR and media communications.
Develop industry-specific content: blogs, newsletters, white papers and case studies.
Publish educational content for buyers and suppliers, plus success stories and customer testimonial
