Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Tele-Recruiter role based in the Greater Hyderabad Area. The Tele-Recruiter will connect with prospective students and professionals via phone and other communication channels to introduce Admit Group’s education and career services, understand their goals, and guide them through appropriate programs and processes.



Daily responsibilities include making outbound calls, handling inbound inquiries, explaining course options and admission pathways, scheduling counseling sessions, and maintaining accurate records in CRM or similar systems. The role also involves following up consistently with leads, meeting outreach and conversion targets, coordinating with counseling and admissions teams, and providing clear, professional communication at all times. Tele-Recruiters are expected to deliver a positive experience to every prospect while supporting the organization’s growth and service quality.
Qualifications

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including transparent telephone etiquette and fluent spoken and written English (additional local languages are an advantage).
Customer service and relationship-building abilities, with a focus on active listening, empathy, and professional conduct.
Basic sales and telecalling skills, including lead
