We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Dotnet full stack Developer to join our Epsilon People cloud Loyalty Client Delivery Team. The ideal candidate will work closely with clients/retainers’ teams to understand their business requirements and deliver high-quality software solutions. This role requires a solid foundation in Microsoft .NET technologies, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment. Candidate should be able to identify and document bugs, develop automated test scripts to streamline the testing process.

Responsibilities

Solid teamwork & collaboration skills.
Collaborate with clients and internal partners to gather and analyse requirements.
Customize, develop, test, and maintain software applications using .NET technologies (ASP.NET, C#, .NET Core, etc.)..
Excellent skills and hands on experience in developing frontend applications along with middleware and backend.




Maintain high standards of software quality within the team by establishing good practices and habits.
Troubleshoot and resolve application issues in a timely manner.
Support deployment, integration, and post-deployment activities.
Ability to think creatively to push beyond the boundaries of existing practices and mindsets.
Package and support deployment of releases.
Participate, plan and execute in team building activities fun activities.
Perform functional, regression, and exploratory testing on web applications.
Perform API testing using tools like Postman.
Implement test automation for browser-based UI testing to ensure efficiency and scalability.

Qualifications

Essential skills & experience:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field or have equivalent experience.
7+ years of experience in Software Engineering.
Demonstrated experience driving delivery through solid delivery practices, across complex program
