Role Overview
We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Sales Associate who can identify potential business opportunities, connect with prospective clients, understand their requirements, present MR Neo’s solutions, and support the complete sales journey from initial outreach to conversion.
The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, confidence in client interaction, and an interest in SaaS, CRM, AI, and business technology.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and approach potential B2B clients through calls, emails, LinkedIn, referrals, and other outreach channels.
Generate and qualify leads based on business requirements and sales potential.
Understand client pain points and recommend relevant MR Neo solutions.
Explain and demonstrate MR Neo’s CRM, WhatsApp, RCS, SMS, automation, chatbot, and AI capabilities.
Schedule and conduct product demos and sales meetings.
Follow up consistently with prospects and maintain an active sales pipeline.
Prepare and share proposals, pricing plans, and other sales information with prospects.
Maintain accurate lead, follow-up, meeting, and deal information in the CRM.
Coordinate with product, operations, and technical teams for client requirements and onboarding.
Negotiate commercials within approved company guidelines and work toward deal closure.
Achieve assigned monthly/quarterly sales and conversion targets.
Maintain relationships with clients after conversion and identify opportunities for upselling or additional services.
