We are looking for: Associate Scrum Master
You’ll Make An Impact By
Represent the Takt Team in Product Creation Team (PCT) and cross-team discussions.
Ensure the team follows defined development and PLM processes.
Moderate sprint planning and estimation meetings.
Maintain and prioritize the team backlog in alignment with the Product Owner.
Keep the team focused on sprint objectives and takt goals.
Organize and facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and team meetings.
Coordinate work-package creation and ensure team commitment to sprint goals.
Support problem-solving and remove impediments affecting team progress.
Escalate risks, issues, and resource constraints to the Product Owner with proposed mitigation measures.
Synchronize with other teams and stakeholders to manage dependencies.
Track sprint execution, progress, and delivery commitments
Use your skills to move the world forward
We are looking for Engineering degree B.E/B.Tech/MCA/M.Tech/M.Sc with positive academic record and 7 to 10 years of demonstrable experience in software development.
Having knowledge in Angular, JavaScript, HTML5, Web Application Development would be advantage.
Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
Experience with test-driven development (TDD) and behavior-driven development (BDD) practices is highly desirable
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Solid understanding of software testing principles, methodologies, and best practices.
