Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced QA Analyst to take end-to-end ownership of product quality across Web, Mobile, Backend, and AI-powered tools. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical and critical-thinking skills, be comfortable working independently, and be able to define effective, risk-based testing strategies.
You will work closely with Product and Engineering teams from the early stages of development through release, ensuring quality is built into the SDLC.

Key Responsibilities
Analyze and review business and technical requirements to identify gaps, risks, and test scenarios.
Define comprehensive and risk-based testing strategies based on product requirements and business impact.
Own end-to-end testing activities from requirement analysis through release validation.
Perform hands-on testing across Web, Mobile, Backend, APIs, and AI/GenAI-powered tools.
Apply different testing approaches, including functional, regression, integration, exploratory,



and end-to-end testing.
Troubleshoot issues, investigate defects, and provide clear, concise, and actionable bug reports.
Participate in bug/defect triage, prioritization, and resolution discussions with Product and Engineering teams.
Collaborate with Product Managers, Developers, and other stakeholders from the early stages of feature development.
Advocate for quality throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and promote shift-left testing practices.
Develop robust subject-matter expertise in the products, features, and systems under test.
Identify bottlenecks and opportunities to improve QA processes, testing efficiency, and overall product quality.
Work independently with a high degree of ownership, managing testing priorities, timelines, and deliverables with minimal supervision.
