We're looking for a Staff Full Stack Developer to help build and scale our AI-powered tools for application development.

You'll work at the intersection of UI, backend, and AI-driven engineering — architecting solutions that improve developer experience, expand platform capabilities, and drive engineering excellence across the team.

What You'Ll Do

Design and implement AI-powered tools for application development, using cutting-edge technical approaches to deliver business value
Architect and build core web technology stacks — authentication, event tracking, application platform, and design systems
Drive architecture and engineering standards at the team and division level, promoting best practices for building modular, scalable web apps and APIs
Design, develop, and maintain microservices-based applications on Kubernetes, improving scalability, reliability, and deployment speed
Work closely with product, ML, and engineering teams to enhance developer experience, close technology gaps with creative solutions, and increase customer adoption




Expand the product's reach to more customers, domains, and global markets while maintaining high engineering quality
Integrate AI into engineering workflows and decision-making — using AI-powered tools, automating processes, and applying AI-driven insights to improve how the team builds and ships software
Operate at a startup pace with a high degree of total ownership, even within a larger organization
10+ years of software engineering experience building scalable, high-quality applications
Expertise in Java, JavaScript and modern UI frameworks — React, Angular, or Lit (required)
Hands-on proficiency using AI tools (e.g., Copilot, Claude, or similar) in day-to-day development work is a must
Robust command of UI design principles, usability, cross-browser compatibility, and accessibility standards
Experience with REST, JSON, AJAX, and relational databases
Experience with event-driven and stateless architectures, functional progra
