Role Description This is a full-time Sales and Marketing Executive/Manager role based in Gurugram, offered in a hybrid work model with some flexibility for work from home. The role involves identifying and qualifying leads, managing the sales pipeline, and presenting IT and digital solutions to prospective and existing clients. Responsibilities include developing and executing marketing campaigns, supporting branding and positioning activities,



and coordinating with technical teams to tailor proposals and solutions to client requirements. The role also requires building and maintaining long-term client relationships, preparing sales reports and forecasts, tracking market trends and competitor activity, and contributing to pricing and negotiation strategies.
Qualifications
Strong skills in B2B sales, lead generation, pipeline management, and client relationship building.
Experience in marketing strategy, digital marketing campaigns, and brand positioning.
Understanding of IT services, cloud computing, SOA, middleware, and integration concepts.
Proficiency in using CRM tools, presentation software, and basic data analysis for reporting.
