Role Description The Junior Architect will support the design and development of architectural projects with a focus on green and sustainable solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing drawings and 3D models, assisting in conceptual and detailed design, coordinating with senior architects and engineers, and contributing to documentation for permits and construction. The role involves participating in project meetings, conducting site visits, and helping ensure that design intent, quality,



and sustainability standards are maintained throughout the project lifecycle. This is a full-time, in office role based in Bhubaneswar, requiring close collaboration with the local project team and stakeholders.
Qualifications
Foundational knowledge in Architecture and Architectural Design, with the ability to contribute to sustainable and smart building concepts.
Basic understanding of Software Development and Integration as they relate to design tools, BIM platforms, or smart building systems.
Exposure to Project Management practices, including task coordination, time management, and teamwork within multidisciplinary projects.
Proficiency in architectural design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp) and visualization tools; familiarity with sustainable design standards is an advantage.
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or an equivalent field, with strong design portfolio and interest in
