Hundreds of thousands of Indians worked in Britain and came back. Most left a workplace pension sitting there. Most haven't thought about it in years, don't know what it's worth, and have no idea they can do anything about it.
Your job is to find those people, have a conversation positive enough that they want to know more, and put a meeting in an Advisor's calendar.

This is not a dial-count job. Our prospect list is small and specific. A conversation handled badly isn't a lost meeting, it's a person we can never approach again. We would rather you had ten good conversations a day than fifty rushed ones — and the role is designed and measured that way.

About us
Stellar Fortune has been advising on cross-border pension transfers, investments and wealth management since 2013. We've looked after more than 200 client families. We're now building the team to do considerably more of it, and this is one of the first hires in that build. You'd be joining early, and it will feel like it.

What you'll actually do




Work through around 100 accounts a day across LinkedIn, phone, email and WhatsApp, using Notion as your CRM
Have roughly ten real conversations a day, and book three qualified meetings a week
Ask the questions that establish whether someone genuinely has a UK pension worth talking about
Keep the CRM immaculate — every field updated, every conversation noted, the same day
Run the confirmation sequence so meetings actually happen: calendar invite, WhatsApp reminders, same-day call
Write a short handover brief so the Advisor walks into the meeting knowing exactly who they're meeting
