Job Description
We are looking for a Microsoft Fabric AI Implementation Engineer who can design and implement contemporary data and AI solutions using Microsoft Fabric.
The role focuses on building AI-ready data models, enabling Fabric-based AI use cases, and supporting business users with trusted insights through Power BI, semantic models, and conversational analytics.
Key Responsibilities
Design and implement data solutions using Microsoft Fabric, including Lakehouse, OneLake, Data Pipelines, Notebooks, and Semantic Models.
Build AI-ready data models that support accurate business insights, KPIs, business metrics, and natural-language analytics.
Support AI implementation within Microsoft Fabric, including Fabric Data Agents and related AI capabilities.
Develop Power BI dashboards and semantic models to support business reporting, analytics, and decision-making.




Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into practical Fabric-based data and AI solutions.
Ensure that implemented solutions follow appropriate data governance, access control, security, and data management best practices.
Prepare and optimize data for AI-driven use cases and conversational analytics.
Contribute to proof-of-concepts and MVPs for innovative data and AI solutions where required.
Required Skills
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric, including:
Lakehouse
OneLake
Data Pipelines
Notebooks
Semantic Models
Experience or strong understanding of AI implementation in Microsoft Fabric.
Knowledge of Fabric Data Agents and/or conversational analytics use cases.
Strong SQL skills.
Working knowledge of Python or PySpark.
Understanding of data modeling, KPIs, business metrics, and data preparation for AI use cases.
Good understanding of Power BI semantic modeling, DAX, and dashb
