About the Role:
To support the Growth Initiatives Vertical in driving sustainable business growth and profitability across Carrier Channel Partners, Projects, National Accounts. The role is responsible for identifying growth opportunities,



strengthening customer and partner relationships, supporting strategic initiatives, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and accelerate market expansion.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
Support the execution of growth strategies across Carrier Channel Partners, Projects, National Accounts.
Identify, evaluate, and develop new business opportunities to drive revenue and profitability.
Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, customers, consultants, contractors, and distributors.
Develop and implement account growth plans for strategic customers and key business segments.
Track and manage the sales pipeline, ensuring timely conversion of opportunities into orders.
Support project identification, opportunity mapping, quotation follow-up, and order closure activities.
Assist in managing and growing National Accounts through structured engagement and
