Sr Performance Marketing Specialist - Ecommerce

Role Understanding

This is Performance Centric Growth Role with prior ecommerce experience - Entrepreneur in Residence

P&L; Ownership - Own full P&L; responsibility including revenue growth, ROAS & SKU contribution.
Drive Full funnel marketing for Amazon.com and D2C website.
Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads and Amazon Ads
Analyze GMV, traffic, and conversion trends to drive continuous improvement - across major channels (Starting with Amazon.com, Brand Website & Tiktok Shop USA)
Sharp visibility on: Channel → Revenue conversion, CAC by region/segment, Cohort performance, and LTV/Repeat across all channels.

Tik Tok Shop

Analyze GMV, traffic, and conversion trends to drive continuous improvement
Execute & Manage TikTok Ads (Its a new channel - as long as you’re strong at Amazon PPC - Tiktok is similar)
Amazon USA

Analyze GMV, traffic, and conversion trends
Amazon PPC & Advertising Effectiveness - Focuses on campaign ROI & Robust Execution,



ad cost control (ACOS/TACoS), and sales impact driven by paid traffic.
Deep understanding of Amazon and Flipkart ecosystem (ads, content, cataloging, pricing, promotions, inventory impact, search visibility, etc.) to drive brand growth.
Build structured launch frameworks for new SKUs to drive rapid discovery and ranking
Generate daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports with clear business insights

D2c

Plan and execute end-to-end performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Performance Max, YouTube) and Meta (Facebook & Instagram)
Track and optimize core metrics: CAC, ROAS, LTV, payback, CVR, CPA, Retention & performance.
D2C Experience & Retention/Customer Journey (Customer Experience Ownership)
Homepage storytelling & Category navigation and discoverability
Product page experience (beyond basic PDPs) & Social proof, reviews, UGC, influencer validation
Purchase Experience - Offers
