Freelance Excel, AI & Business Automation Specialist

About the Chance:
Indian Chemical Corporation (ICC) is looking for a tech-savvy freelance professional to help us improve and automate our internal business systems using Advanced Excel, AI, data management and business process automation.

This is not a full-time employment opportunity. The engagement will be project-based, with work assigned according to project requirements and milestones.

What You'll Do:
Revamp complex Excel workbooks into clean, structured and user-friendly systems
Build a centralized master database covering customers, suppliers, debtors, inventory, pricing and other business records
Develop dashboards and MIS reports using Excel, Power Query, Pivot Tables, Power Pivot and/or Power BI
Use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Claude and Gemini to improve productivity and workflows




Assist with WhatsApp Business API integrations and automation
Clean, standardize and de-duplicate business data
Identify opportunities to reduce repetitive manual work through automation
Build practical systems that improve data accuracy, reporting and management visibility
Understand existing business processes and translate them into effective digital workflows

Skills & Experience:
Required:
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
Strong analytical and logical thinking
Ability to work with large datasets
Ability to understand business processes and convert them into practical systems
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
Preferred:
Power Query
Power Pivot
Power BI
AI tools and workflow automation
Basic API knowledge, particularly WhatsApp Business API
Experience building dashboards, MIS reports or business automation solutions
