Role Description The Inside Sales Representative is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This role involves managing inbound and outbound calls, engaging with prospective learners, and presenting ShikshaVertex’s programs and services in a clear, consultative manner. The representative will be responsible for identifying and qualifying leads, guiding individuals through the enrollment process, and maintaining accurate records in the CRM system.



Daily responsibilities include building robust relationships with learners, addressing queries, following up on prospects, and collaborating with internal teams to meet enrollment and revenue targets. The role also involves monitoring customer feedback to support continuous improvement in services and learner experience.
Qualifications

Strong Inside Sales skills, including the ability to handle high volumes of calls and convert inquiries into enrollments.
Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to respond to queries, resolve concerns, and ensure a positive learner experience.
Lead Generation capabilities to identify, qualify, and nurture prospects through multiple communication channels.
Account Management skills to maintain ongoing relationships, track learner progress, and support retention.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a clear and professional phone presence.
