About Ronagen
Ronagen is a science-led haircare brand built on clinically informed formulations and dermatologist trust. We make a lot of short-form content — social, ads, founder and doctor videos — and we need someone to shoot and cut it.

The role
You'll shoot and edit Ronagen's content for Instagram, YouTube and Meta ads - taking raw footage to a finished, scroll-stopping cut. This is a hands-on shoot-and-edit role, not a strategy or design one.

What you'll do
Shoot product, founder, doctor, creator and lifestyle content - both polished and quick native social
Edit Reels, short-form videos, ads and product videos with strong hooks, pacing and sound
Add subtitles, transitions and light motion graphics where they help
Cut the same footage into versions for Instagram, YouTube, Meta and Amazon
Take a brief to a finished piece on your own,



and ship at a steady pace

What we're looking for
2-5 years shooting and editing short-form / social content
Strong on Premiere Pro (After Effects a plus)
Comfortable behind the camera - framing, lighting, sound
Good sense of pacing, hooks and what makes people stop scrolling
Can take a brief to final cut independently, and works fast without dropping quality
You don't need to be a designer or a performance marketer - we care most about strong shooting and editing.
