Job Summary
Seeking a Travel - Operations Manager to lead Hotel, Flight, Car & MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences & Exhibitions)
Key Responsibilities
· Event & Hospitality Operations: Lead end-to-end management of corporate events, banquets, and group stays.
· Travel & Fleet Management: Hotel Bookings, Oversee group flight ticketing (GDS), charters, VIP airport transfers, and chauffeur fleet allocations.
· Vendor & Financial Management: Negotiate supplier rates, manage event budgets, track profitability, and handle final client billing.
· On-Site Crisis Resolution: Solve real-time travel disruptions, flight delays, and last-minute event changes calmly and efficiently.
Core Competencies
· Logistics Mastery: Ability to seamlessly coordinate complex travel itineraries and venue setups.




· Commercial Acumen: Strong negotiation skills to maximize profit margins and manage event P&L.;
· Agility Under Pressure: Decisive problem-solving during live event or travel disruptions.
· Stakeholder Alignment: Strong communication skills to manage corporate clients, hotel staff, and external vendors.
Requirements
· Experience: 5 - 10 years in MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences & Exhibitions), event operations, or corporate travel logistics.
· Education: Degree/Diploma in Event Management, Hotel Management, or Business Administration.
· Skills: Proficiency in travel booking tools/GDS, event budgeting, and fleet operations.
