Role Description The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day HR operations, including managing employee life cycle processes, maintaining HR records, and supporting recruitment and onboarding activities. The role includes handling employee relations, addressing queries, supporting performance management processes, and ensuring consistent implementation of HR policies and procedures. The Human Resources Executive will collaborate with department heads to identify workforce needs, coordinate training and development initiatives, and help foster a positive, inclusive work culture. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ranchi, requiring close coordination with management and staff to ensure smooth HR operations.
Qualifications

Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with the ability to support strategic and operational HR initiatives.
Hands-on experience in HR Operations, including documentation, HR systems,



and day-to-day administrative processes.
Proven skills in Employee Relations, with the ability to handle employee concerns, support engagement initiatives, and promote a respectful workplace.
Knowledge of HR Policies, compliance requirements, and best practices, with the ability to implement and communicate policies clearly.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications are an advantage.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with attention to detail and a high level of integrity and confidentiality.
Ability to work in office in Ranchi, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with HRIS or other HR software tools is preferred.
