About Floor5:
Floor5 is building a new approach to interior care for premium spaces.
We work at the intersection of surface care, material preservation, housekeeping, sensory experience and spatial identity. Our approach combines functional care systems with a Signature Expression layer designed for environments where the way a space feels is as key as how it is maintained.
We are at an early but important stage of building the business and are now looking for a commercially driven person who can help us take Floor5 into the market through meaningful relationships, field engagement, product evaluations and hospitality applications.
The Role:
We are looking for a Business Development professional who can build Floor5's presence across hospitality and premium interior markets.
This is not a conventional tele-sales role.
The role involves identifying relevant properties and decision-makers, initiating conversations,
developing relationships, arranging meetings and demonstrations, placing products for evaluation, following up on applications, and helping convert promising opportunities into pilots and commercial relationships.
You will work closely with the founder and will have significant ownership over the development of the market.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop business opportunities across:
Luxury and premium hotels
Boutique hotels and resorts
Hospitality groups
Premium residences and villas
Interior designers and architects
Hospitality consultants and project consultants
Facility and housekeeping-related networks
Other premium interior environments
Identify the appropriate decision-makers and influencers within target organisations, including GMs, Executive Housekeepers, Procurement teams, Owners, Designers, Project Consultants and other relevant stakeholders.
