Role Description The Customer Relationship Management Specialist is a full-time, in office role based in Noida, responsible for managing and enhancing relationships with residential construction clients throughout the project lifecycle.



The specialist will oversee customer interactions, track and respond to inquiries, coordinate project updates, and maintain accurate CRM records to ensure a smooth and transparent experience. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring client feedback, collaborating with sales and project management teams, preparing status reports, and proactively addressing issues to support timely project delivery. The role also involves analyzing customer data to identify trends, recommending process improvements, and helping design communication strategies that strengthen trust and long-term engagement. The specialist will serve as a key point of contact, ensuring that client expectations are clearly understood and consistently met.
Qualifications
