Role Description The Purchase Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Indore, responsible for overseeing procurement activities for Papaya Tree Hotels. This position manages sourcing, negotiation, and purchasing of goods and services such as food and beverages, housekeeping supplies, maintenance materials, and other operational items. Day-to-day responsibilities include evaluating vendor proposals, maintaining supplier relationships, monitoring inventory levels, and ensuring timely delivery in line with budget and quality standards. The role also involves preparing purchase orders, tracking costs,
