About the Role As Key Account Manager , you will be responsible for driving the growth, engagement, and monetisation of an assigned portfolio of customers. You will act as a Business Consultant to our customers — understanding their business, identifying growth opportunities, and helping them improve revenue through better marketing, content,



pricing, and customer engagement strategies. This role is ideal for someone who combines sales, account management, business acumen, and analytical thinking . Key Responsibilities Manage and grow a portfolio of existing customers and drive their overall business growth. Understand customer behaviour, business models, and consumer trends to identify growth opportunities. Own top-line and bottom-line objectives for the assigned customer/category portfolio. Act as an in-house Business Consultant , advising customers on: Marketing strategies Content strategies Pricing Revenue growth Customer acquisition and retention Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and monetisation within existing accounts. Work closely with the Marketing team to plan and execute customer-specific campaigns. Track campaign performance and derive actionable insights to improve outcomes. Build business cases and communic
