About the Role
We are looking for an Electrical Project Coordinator – Site & Approvals to coordinate with electrical consultants, MEP consultants, contractors and project teams for product approvals and project execution.
Key Responsibilities




- Visit project sites regularly for inspections, product demonstrations and approvals.
- Coordinate with electrical/MEP consultants, contractors, architects and site engineers.
- Handle product submissions, technical documents, samples and approval processes.
- Follow up on project specifications, BOQs, tenders and material requirements.
- Understand electrical drawings and basic electrical installations.
- Identify upcoming projects and support the sales team in project conversion.
- Maintain project-wise follow-up and site visit reports.
- Coordinate between clients, consultants, site teams and the internal sales/technical team.
- Travel to project sites as required.

Qualification
- Diploma in Electrical Engineering – Mandatory
- 2–5 years of experience in electrical projects, MEP, building materials, electrical products or site coordination.
- Positive knowledge of electrical products
