FabConnect is hiring a Customer Support Executive for a full-time prospect at World Trade Centre, Rajajinagar, Bangalore.

We are looking for a customer-focused professional with strong communication skills and hands-on experience in customer support, tele-calling, grievance handling, and customer relationship management.

Location: World Trade Centre, Rajajinagar, Bangalore

Experience: 1 Year

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹28,000 per month

Department: Marketing / Customer Support

Employment Type: Full time

Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries through phone, email, WhatsApp, and other channels
- Manage inbound and outbound customer calls
- Follow up on service requests, complaints, and issue resolution
- Handle customer grievances professionally and ensure timely closure
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and support tickets
- Track recurring customer concerns and prepare daily/weekly reports




- Maintain high customer satisfaction and service quality standards

Key Skills Required

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Inbound & Outbound Tele-calling

Customer Query Handling

Complaint & Grievance Resolution

Customer Relationship Management

Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills

Basic MS Excel, Word, and CRM knowledge

Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

Preferred Industry Experience

Candidates from E-commerce, Retail, FMCG, Consumer Products, Service Industry, BPO, or Contact Centrebackgrounds will be preferred.
