Join Samshék Fashion Pvt. Ltd., a fast-growing tech-fashion startup transforming made-to-order women's fashion through digital manufacturing and a zero-waste approach.

Location: B-60, Sector 65, Noida

Position: Designer-cum-Merchandiser (Fresher)

Compensation
- ₹15,000/month during the first 3 months (Training Period)
- Up to ₹20,000/month after successful completion of training, based on performance

Eligibility
- Diploma/Degree in Fashion Technology, Fashion Design, or Textile Technology
- Fresh graduates with strong technical knowledge
- Passion for apparel development and willingness to learn

Preferred Skills
- Basic knowledge of Tech Pack creation
- Familiarity with Adobe Illustrator, CorelDRAW & Photoshop
- Understanding of garment construction, pattern making & sampling
- Good communication and coordination skills

What You'll Work On




- Prepare Tech Packs from buyer references
- Coordinate with sampling, pattern & production teams
- Track TNA (Time & Action Plan) and sampling timelines
- Assist with fabric and trims sourcing
- Maintain merchandising and sampling documentation
- Coordinate sample dispatches and follow-ups
- Learn the complete product development process from concept to sample
